Dr. Shvidler offers complementary consultations both in-office or virtual. In order for Dr. Shvidler to assess the best approach for your cosmetic surgery goals, he will need to be able to see your face from all relevant angles. Please have several clear photos taken of your face at different angles in front of a solid backdrop (like the examples below). These will need to be submitted with your completed medical forms to Dr. Shvidler before we can schedule a virtual consultation. You will be able to upload them using our Schedule a Consultation form or you can email them to: consultation@westcoastface.com
Prior to a consultation, we will need you to fill out and submit a few forms. This can be accomplished through any of these options:
